Refund policy

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods purchased through the online store operated by Sally Banks Glass.

To be eligible for a return, we must receive your item back in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a refund. You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made (if these are separate to the original purchase price).

To start the refunds process you must first notify us by e-mail (sally@sallybanksglass.co.uk) within 14 days from the day you received your goods. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item.

No refunds will be processed until we have received the item being returned. We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer and we recommend that you use a tracked and insured service to return the items such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and if the item you purchased was damaged, defective or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Custom products (such as bespoke or personalised items) cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
